Annual Services
Annual Services – Maintenance services are performed
as required. Weekly visits March – Oct. and bi-weekly
visits Nov. – Feb.
  • Lawn Maintenance- includes mowing, edging,
    string trimming, and blowing

  • Full Service Lawn & Landscape-  include the
    above lawn maintenance services, plus pruning of all
    shrubs and ornamentals, lower limbing, and weed
    control in ornamental plant beds.

  • Irrigation System Checks- include monthly
    checks to ensure proper functioning of your sprinkler
    system. The check includes inspection for full
    coverage, zone flushes, head adjustments, controller
    programming (seasonal adjustments), pump drain &
    prime (helps to prevent freeze damage), and
    estimates for repairs on any existing damage.
